Your impact on the team:
- Demonstrates a strong collaborative style in working with peers within and outside own portfolio and function
- Acts as a coach or mentor, developing direct reports by providing feedback and direction

- Stays up to date in the field – both industry and market; proactively establishes external networks
What you will be doing:
- Managing a growing group of Digital Academic Designers
- Managing a wide group of outside vendors
- Collaborating with a cross functional team to build a digital program, from the ground up.
- Working collaboratively with a cross functional team including, but not limited to, product management, subject matter experts, academic design, project management, and software development.
- Maintains strong relationships with senior leaders and peers across functional areas
- Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional scope; develops and manages operational initiatives to deliver tactical results
- Uses knowledge and feedback from an external perspective to improve products and services; articulates what customer or market problem needs to be solved when making recommendations
- Generates creative solutions by bringing talented people together; works to improve new ideas rather than discouraging them
We're looking for someone with:
- A bachelors degree in Mathematics or a related subject
- Competency with HTML and CSS
- Broad experience with various design authoring tools
- Experience working with multiple LMS’s
- Instructional Design expertise in regards to research, theory, and application in the field of education.
- Creation and Implementation of interactive materials, multimedia, and learning games in an educational setting.

The pay range for this position is between $80,000-$100,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
