Why the Director of Marketing is criticalto our organization:
ΓùÅ Lead marketing strategies and manage end customer facing marketing initiatives
ΓùÅ Coordinate with Sales Team and Leadership to execute the marketing strategy
ΓùÅ Drive Traffic through PR, Blog, Podcast, Youtube, and other media channels
ΓùÅ Coordinate and deliver customer acquisition and retention programs
What This Role Entails:
Establishes marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products
and/or services.
Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range by
directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation.
Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors so
that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity
may be minimized.
Prepares departmental budget and monitors expenditure of budgeted funds.
Plans and oversees company advertising and promotion activities.
Evaluates market reactions to advertising programs to ensure the timely adjustment of
marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Prepares marketing activity reports.
Lead generation and traffic.
Content strategy and creation across multiple platforms
Copywriting for all marketing activities.
Assist with organizing and promoting events.
Direct response marketing with online and offline campaigns.
Dream 100 campaigns with top prospects and clients.
Roll out of 1-800-Tshirts re-brand.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform
determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML)
that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of
company' social content
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage
reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Social Media Ads across multiple platforms
Desired Skills & Experience:
ΓùÅ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
ΓùÅ A dedication to providing the highest level of customer service possible
ΓùÅ Detail oriented and able to complete tasks with minimal oversight
ΓùÅ Relentless go-getter. A hustler.
ΓùÅ 3-5 Years of experience in Graphic Design and Marketing
ΓùÅ Proficient with Adobe Suite, primarily Illustrator and Photoshop
