Job Overview

The Director of Marketing for C&B Benefit Services is responsible for leading and executing all marketing content initiatives across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, engagement, retention, leads, and positive customer behavior. This role requires expertise in content and channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation and localization, analytics, and meaningful measurement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, and maintain buyer personas.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, optimized for search and user experience across all channels, adopting a brand publisher mindset.
  • Collaborate across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy, managing editorial requirements, calendar, and workflows.
  • Manage digital content hubs, all supporting social channels, including email/newsletter distribution, and optimize the editorial plan.
  • Regularly measure and optimize the editorial plan, integrating content programs with brand campaigns, and presenting results to executives.
  • Coordinate Requests For Proposals (RFPs) from prospective clients, nurture sales leads, and manage customer education programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or beyond.
  • 2-5 years of marketing and customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Proven editorial and writing skills.
  • Exceptional people skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Proficiency in both long-form content creation and real-time content creation and distribution strategies.
  • CRM, Salesforce, or Hubspot experience preferred.

Supervisory Responsibility:

  • Supervise 4-5 individuals including graphic design, content, CRM management, and general marketers.
