Director of Sales

Job Overview

Seeking a talented Director of Sales to join our team. Our SaaS Sales Leader will lead and grow our sales team and drive sales strategies to meet our customer and revenue growth objectives.

Qualifications:
ΓÇó Complex SaaS selling: expert at selling complex B2B SaaS products
ΓÇó Process improvement: know how to make teams work smarter and more efficiently
ΓÇó Leadership: know how to get the best of people
ΓÇó Coaching: passionate about coaching and leading teams and are able to get hands on and assist account execs
ΓÇó Capable of participating in sales calls as needed
ΓÇó Experience managing marketing, sales operations, and customer success teams
ΓÇó Partnerships/channels experience for SaaS products
ΓÇó Experience managing sales teams and creating clear expectations regarding performance, in terms of activities, outcomes and sales goals
ΓÇó Experience in growing a SaaS company from $10M to $25M in ARR
ΓÇó Experience growing revenue in untapped markets

Responsibilities:
ΓÇó Maintain growth rate in current strong markets
ΓÇó Significantly increase growth rates in new markets
ΓÇó Grow and drive a high performing sales organization
ΓÇó Manage sales team and accelerate worldwide ARR growth
ΓÇó Drive sales strategies and action plans to meet our customer and revenue growth objectives
ΓÇó Manage complex selling cycle selling SaaS products
ΓÇó Strategize annual sales plan
ΓÇó Partner with Marketing and the Customer Success Teams
ΓÇó Be a member of the Executive Team to drive overall company vision and strategy

Requirements:
ΓÇó 7-10 years of experience in sales leadership with a successful track record
ΓÇó A proven track record and demonstrated success in leading teams selling SaaS/Cloud enterprise software
ΓÇó Experience in hiring, coaching, and developing SaaS sales team

Preferred but not Required:
ΓÇó Experience selling in AEC, manufacturing and/or e-learning
ΓÇó Within driving distance of Dubuque, Iowa
