Job Title: District Manager

Location: Dubuque, IA

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 Per Year (Base + Bonus Salary Structure)

Job Description: Specialized Recruiting Group is currently seeking a results-driven and experienced District Manager for a local Dubuque, IA company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage and oversee the operations of 4-5 Store Managers within the designated district.
• Implement and uphold performance standards, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Foster a culture of accountability and excellence, holding team members to high standards.
• Effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals, including Store Managers, staff, and company leadership.
• Utilize Outlook and Excel competently for efficient district management.
• Collaborate with Store Managers to optimize store performance and achieve business objectives.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures across all stores.

Qualifications:

• Previous management experience, preferably in a retail or related industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to hold individuals accountable and drive performance.
• Competency in using Outlook and Excel for effective district management.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and objectives within a retail environment.
• Willingness to travel between Dubuque and East Dubuque stores as needed.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
