This full-time, 1st shift position is ideal for someone with drafting/CAD experience and a background in construction or a related field. The right candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to understand construction concepts and translate them into accurate drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create diagrams and drawings using AutoCAD
- Complete work tickets and production documentation
- Follow up on design questions and details
- Work with the drafting and production teams to ensure projects are accurate
Qualifications:
- Previous CAD/AutoCAD experience required
- Construction or masonry experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to learn company-specific systems and standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
