Drill Press Operator

Job Overview

• Load, secure, and unload small crank components into the drill press
• Operate equipment in a fast-paced environment with an expected cycle time of approximately 2–3 seconds per part
• Maintain consistent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of finished parts
• Verify proper alignment and positioning of components during operation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
• Communicate any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors in a timely manner

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive production setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to maintain steady performance throughout the shift
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures consistently
• Reliability and willingness to work as part of a production team
