This is a full-time, 12-month position with strong opportunities for professional growth and advancement within our organization. We are looking for a candidate interested in continuing their leadership journey with the goal of growing into higher leadership roles in the future.
The Assistant Director will work closely with the Center Director to support staffing systems, daily operations, enrollment and onboarding processes, operational organization, licensing compliance, and communication throughout the center. This role is designed to help ensure strong follow-through, consistency, organization, and smooth day-to-day program operations while supporting a positive environment for children, families, and staff.
