As a Digital & Sales Support champion, you’ll focus on supporting teachers who have taken on our Direct Instruction (DI) programs with their digital implementation needs. This role will be based remotely and will service schools across Australia and New Zealand.
Your impact on the team
This is a newly created role, developed because of exceptional market growth by our talented sales team over the previous few years. In this role you will be directly partnering with Educators across public and private school sectors to support the digital implementation of our programs. Periodically, you will also assist our sales and marketing team during key promotional periods to maximise sales effectiveness.
What is the role about?
The primary goal of this role is to support the digital & implementation needs for customers and the sales team of the Australia school’s division. The role will also be integral to helping the team maximize their business development performance and reach revenue goals in the school’s business stream.
- Assist the 4 Schools division education consultants by liaising directly with teachers to provide teacher registration codes, and assist teachers set up their accounts in our online platforms.
- Liaise with teachers where needed with setting up online class environment and assist with enrolling students into those classes.
- Facilitate resolution of technical problems for regional customers alongside the sales team and our international colleagues.
- Provide support to the education consultants during peak promotions periods by reviewing previous sales history to target and maximise discretionary spend on workbooks.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify and ensure the accuracy of customer data for key promotional campaigns.
- Assist with the management and maintenance of the Schools Leads queue in Salesforce.com, ensuring timely and efficient follow up of online queries from current and potential customers.
We are looking for someone with…
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience in K-12 educational or EdTech services strongly preferred.
- A solid understanding of Windows & Microsoft Office Suite
- Great presentation skills to deliver training and support to external and internal customers via Zoom & Teams environments.
