TRAINING SPECIALIST

A newly created Learning & Development team is expanding at one of the oldest OEM manufacturing companies west of the Mississippi River. Located in Dubuque, Iowa, Morrison Bros. Co. markets its own proprietary line of equipment used in the petrol-chemical industry.

This is an opportunity to support 130 employees involved in every aspect of the business; from engineering to marketing; manufacturing to customer service; onboarding to management. The Learning & Development Manager is seeking a creative person who has experience in a content development and/or instructor role to collaborate with on new training programs.

Tasks and responsibilities may include: collaborating with subject matter experts; developing new training programs; leading training presentations; creating videos, illustrations, and job-aids; and administering training via the Learning Management System (LMS).

Ideal experience:

• Microsoft 365 suite
• Graphic design
• Project management
• Instructional design
• Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) or similar program
• Live presenting
• On-the-job coaching
