Embroidery Manager

·         Supervises the production of customized orders by establishing efficient embroidery routines according to the production schedule and monitoring employee efficiency and quality

·         Reads invoices/work orders to determine type and location of embroidery

·         Attaches hoops to the garments and places them on the correct embroidery machine and removes them when embroidery is complete

·         Observes sewing operation to detect defects in stitching that indicate machine malfunction and notifies supervisor of error

·         Manages the quality control of production by ensuring that all apparel is quality checked and products are verified before packing

·         Responsible for the day-to-day management of proper safety in the embroidery department

·         Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment.
