Engineer - Internship

Job Overview

• Assist with metallurgical and quality testing of materials and manufactured
  components
• Conduct hardness testing and document test results accurately
  Prepare and evaluate microstructures using polishing, mounting, etching, and
  microscopy techniques
• Support laboratory analysis to ensure products meet engineering and quality
  specifications
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and documentation of quality findings
• Help maintain testing equipment, laboratory organization, and quality records
• Partner with engineering, quality, and production teams on process improvement
  initiatives

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a hands-on environment
• Comfortable learning laboratory testing procedures and technical equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
• Experience using microscopes, precision measuring tools, or laboratory equipment
• Knowledge of engineering drawings, measurements, or material properties
