1st Shift: 7a-3p, Monday — Friday

We are seeking a dynamic and solutions-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to design and develop tools and machinery, ensuring their proper installation and operation. This role is essential in maintaining our high-quality standards and driving continuous improvement. This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll and be eligible for their robust benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

Design tools and machines for manufacturing processes.
Prepare and maintain operations manuals for new and existing equipment.
Install, test, and train personnel on new machinery.
Stay updated with advancements in manufacturing technology to enhance operations.
Conduct performance and failure analyses to identify corrective actions.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address and resolve product issues.
Develop and implement strategies to improve product quality and customization.
Draft procedures to enhance quality standards, process controls, and inspection methods.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and production output.

What we’d like you to bring to the opportunity:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience (7-10 years in a related field).
Expertise in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar 2D & 3D design software.
Solid understanding of financial principles and project management methodologies.
