Role Overview: As an Enrollment Processor, you will:

• Enter new participant information and changes into the system
• Offer COBRA as required
• Audit enrollment eligibility
• Respond to customer questions about billing and enrollment

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Prior insurance experience preferred, but it is not required!
