Environmental Services Technician

Job Overview

• 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday)
• 10-hour shifts
• 40 hours per week

• Perform industrial cleaning, janitorial, and general housekeeping duties throughout the facility
• Handle and properly dispose of scrap materials, recycling, and hazardous/non-hazardous waste
• Support compliance with EHS policies and OSHA regulations
• Maintain and uphold 5S workplace organization standards
• Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Monitor the facility for leaks, spills, and potential safety hazards
• Assist with spill response procedures and waste containment
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, proactive, and safety-focused work ethic
• Forklift or equipment operation experience is a plus
• Willingness to perform hands-on, labor-intensive tasks, including dirty or physically demanding work
