Fabrication Technician

Job Overview

• Set up and operate equipment such as press brake, saws, shears, and plasma cutters
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Perform quality checks and ensure parts meet specifications
• Complete basic machine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, minor adjustments)
• Maintain production records (job tracking, quality checks)
• Assist with paint line/finishing (part prep, hanging, masking, packaging) as needed
• Operate material handling equipment after training
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety procedures
• Cross-train and support other areas as required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior fabrication or machine operation. specifically brake press, experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools
• Attention to detail and strong math skills.
• The ability o measure accurately using measurement tools.
• The ability to work independently/as a team in fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and work across multiple processes
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
