Technical Dairy Nutritionist Specialist

Location: Wisconsin & Eastern Minnesota

Direct Hire

The Dairy Technical Nutritionist will provide technical recommendations and support to customers during and after product sales. In this position, you'll be the lead contact for independent and mill based dairy nutritionists. This is a direct hire opportunity meaning the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll. This is a role that will encourage growth within your ruminant skill set and career path.

What you get to do (in a snapshot):

• Collaborate with consultants to provide on-site technical support for current customers and prospects
• Perform, compile, analyze and present internal or external product research to suppliers, nutritionists (mill or independent)
• Assist with further product demonstrations and serve as a subject matter expert during meetings with current and prospective customers
• Participate in leadership meetings with any combination of dairy producers, mill nutritionists, independent nutritionists, and internal personnel
• Actively build a collaborative team through outstanding communication with both sales and technical personnel

What we’d like you to bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of related work experience
• Experience with dairy record analysis
• Travel: Up to 40+% (pending location of candidate)

Compensation: Dairy Nutritionist

• Base Salary based on experience $115K/ year and bonus opportunities
• Health, Dental, 401K
• Business Expenses Reimbursed
