Field Maintenance Technician

Location: Local Company

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 45 hours per week. Participation in an on-call rotation for urgent service tickets is required. Your day starts in the field, traveling between various locations to maintain facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Tackle service tickets and ensure facilities operate at peak performance.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems, repair gas pumps, maintain car washes, and handle general maintenance tasks.
• Interact with store managers and team members to ensure equipment functions properly and preventive maintenance is up to date.
• Perform tasks such as mowing lawns, replacing light bulbs, and coordinating with vendors for repairs.
• Keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of general maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple calculations of volume, length, and weight.
• Ability to perform operations with units such as cups, pints, and quarts.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
• Ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HVAC troubleshooting and gas pump repair.
• Experience with Microsoft programs.
