Express Employment Professionals is seeking candidates for a local company looking for a Financial Service Representative. This position is open to both part-time and full-time candidates.

Pay: $18-$20/hour

Schedule

• Part-time or full-time available
• Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial service needs and questions
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records
• Assist with account information and related paperwork
• Complete bank reconciliations and other financial tasks as needed
• Review information carefully for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information

Qualifications

• Banking, financial services, or bank reconciliation experience preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Previous banking experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates with strong customer service and attention to detail will be considered
