Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a local financial institution to seek a Financial Services Assistant. This position is entry level to start and will grow into a Consultant type position.

Details:

• Assist members with address changes, questions regarding accounts, account changes, etc.
• Screen calls for representatives and handle client questions and issues
• Complete mutual fund trade tickets/monitor for settlement
• Process annuity and life insurance forms
• Establish and maintain client files and adhere to compliance requirements
• Schedule client appointments
• Other duties as requested

Pay: $15-$16/hour

Position Type: Evaluation hire, full time Monday-Friday 1st shift
