Direct Hire – Full Time

A local Iowa retail company is seeking a supporting leader who values employees and helps to create an atmosphere to maximize customer service, leads and provides training to their staff.

In this role you get to interact and assist both customers and associates throughout entire store while creating a customer focused experience for each. You will also assist manager in maintaining cleanliness and appearance of all sections of the store, observe needs of customers through merchandising, stock levels, prompt service, refunds and sales. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. Meaning, the best fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll.

What we would like you to bring to the opportunity:

• Experience: 2 years related experience preferred
• Business related degree preferred
• Ability to assign and evaluate work, coach / counsel, plan and supervise teammates.
• Ability to create a positive customer experience
• Valid Driver’s License
