Food Lead

Job Overview

Fresh, Fast, and Fun is the future of food here at Kwik Stop. We are hiring a Food Lead to prepare hot and fresh food offerings at our grill station. This position will provide oversight of all fresh food operations at the Kwik Stop store they are working at. This role provides an excellent opportunity to be a part of a new, up and coming, food program where possibilities are endless.

This position will include:

• Operating a grill and fry station.
• Teach and train team members on correct operating procedures.
• Leading the grill team which includes creating schedules, staffing, and addressing employee concerns.
• Managing all food inventory which includes managing waste and ordering.
• Following all food safety guidelines to above standards.
