Food Production Maintenance Tech

Job Overview

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems.
• Diagnose issues involving motors, sensors, robotics, servo systems, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Support production teams by responding quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimizing downtime.
• Follow all safety procedures, including working at heights and in industrial environments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance work, parts usage, and repairs.

• Industrial manufacturing maintenance experience
• High-voltage troubleshooting and knowledge of AC/DC systems
• Experience working with electric motors
• Food manufacturing equipment troubleshooting experience
• Automation and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) knowledge
• Understanding of relay logic and pneumatics
• Welding experience, including shielded arc welding
• Familiarity with sensors, robotics, and servo mechanisms
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
• Precision measuring abilities to ensure accurate repairs
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
