Overview
Food Service Worker - Cafeteria
Part-time, .30 FTE (8 hours/week)
Evenings, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, every other weekend rotation
Prepare and deliver patient trays and carts. Collect and clean dirty trays and carts from the floors as well as clean and sanitize dishes. Prepare nourishments and snacks for patients and provide floor stock for patient and non-patient areas, following food safety and food sanitation procedures. Adhere to customer service standards and follow cash handling polices.

Responsibilities
Food Preparation
- Prepare and restock patient and retail food, supplies and nourishments.Clean retail and patient service ware, pots and pans.
Food Safety
- Uses proper hand washing techniques in conjunction with proper disposable glove usage and clean utensils to avoid contamination of foods.
- Maintains a cleaned and sanitized work station throughout the shift and completes the required daily/weekly cleaning tasks.
Qualifications
Education:
- Prefer High School Diploma/GED, but not required
