FP&A Advisor

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To partner with and support the leadership teams to achieve financial objectives; to support corporate departments or more broadly in revenue forecasting and/or consolidation of results as needed.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE

  • Partners with Corporate or Operations business teams to set a baseline forecast or target for assigned area(s) for revenue or expenses as assigned.
  • Coordinates with Accounting and Budget counterparts to provide insights into future results.
  • Serves as key strategic finance partner to the business unit.
  • Prepares consolidated forecasts and budgets and analyzes trends in revenue, expense, capital expenditures, and other related areas.
  • Maintains and coordinates group completion of financial reviews for budget preparation and periodic reporting for assigned business units or areas.
  • Assists with ad hoc analysis and communicates results and recommendations to senior management.
  • Maintains various systems and updates as appropriate; may involve new and lost business adjustments for revenue and related costs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Eight (8) years of financial or accounting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Financial planning and analysis experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. Advanced degree preferred. CPA preferred.

Colleague Orientation

We offer a required colleague orientation program that allows us to verify and document the training provided to new colleagues. This program is called Personal Responsibility in Developing Excellence (PRIDE) and is the first component of our comprehensive career development process. This program introduces and orients new and transitioning colleagues to our company and to their new position. PRIDE will take colleagues through the first 90 days of their new position. Objectives of this program focus on providing colleagues an increased awareness of who we are, where we are going, and how they can help us get there.
