Express Employment in Platteville has partnered with a local business in Darlington WI to search for candidates to support their business in a Front Desk Intake Eligibility Specialist role. This is a full-time position.

Job Summary

The Front Desk / Intake Eligibility Specialist assists individuals and families in applying for energy assistance programs. This role involves determining eligibility, providing excellent customer service, and supporting community outreach efforts.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in person and by phone.
• Process energy assistance applications and determine eligibility.
• Enter and maintain accurate client information in databases.
• Collaborate with community agencies and attend outreach events.
• Provide information and referrals to low-income households, veterans, elderly, and families with children.
• Perform general front desk duties including scheduling, filing, and responding to inquiries.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, math, and computer skills.
• Experience working with low-income populations preferred.
• Friendly, professional, and organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (until 6:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays)
