<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design, develop, and maintain web applications for internal and external users.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.</li>
<li>Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.</li>
<li>Identify and resolve bottlenecks, and fix bugs.</li>
<li>Maintain code quality, organization, and automation practices.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1-5 years of applicable engineering experience.</li>
<li>Strong skills in modern frontend frameworks like Vue.js, React, SwiftUI or Jetpack Compose UI.</li>
<li>Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Frontend design platforms such as Figma, AdobeXD or other related software.</li>
<li><span data-teams="true">Focused on UI/UX precision, ensuring visual and interactive consistency.</span></li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li>

<p>Cottingham and Butler’s Health and Wellness division was created with the employer's needs and the participant's experience in mind.
