Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a FT Interventional Rad Tech - Cath Lab.
As a FT Interventional Rad Tech - Cath Lab at MercyOne, you will:
- Be responsible for performing exams and assist physicians during cardiovascular, peripheral vascular, electrophysiology and interventional radiology procedures
- Perform patient assessments and hemodynamic monitoring during a procedure
- Cover general diagnostic exams, surgery procedures
Schedule:
- Day Shift
- Every 3rd weekend
- Holiday rotation
- On Call
General Requirements/Licensures:
- Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology Program
- Must be licensed by the Iowa Department of Public Health and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and maintain a current status
- Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training is required within 6 months of hire and every 3 years thereafter
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) will be required within 30 days of hire and every 2 years thereafter
- Must have basic ECG/ arrhythmia and, hemodynamics courses within six months
- ACLS within one year
- Advanced certifications in CI (Cardiac Interventional) or VI (Vascular-Interventional) registry, CVIT (Cardiovascular Interventional Technology) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification is preferred
