Full and Part-Time Evening Cleaning Positions

Job Overview

Midwest Janitorial Service is a well-established cleaning company looking for reliable and hard-working individuals to join our team as full or part-time cleaners.

We have one facility supervisor position and three evening cleaning positions available. Additional hours are available in other facilities. The facility supervisor will have an assigned area to clean but will also oversee a crew of 2-3. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to advance in a growing company.

Cleaning will take place in a medical facility where you will be cleaning exam rooms, restrooms, and common areas. These positions require a detailed person who understands the importance of providing a clean and safe environment for the patients and also the staff that work there. Must have exceptional customer service and be able to work safely around others.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• General cleaning, disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, dusting, and trash removal.
• Must be able to bend, twist, squat, and be on feet the entire shift.
• Must be able to lift 25 -50 lbs based on position.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from facilities
• Must have exceptional customer service skills as work may be performed with the client present
• Must have excellent attendance.
• Must pass a nationwide background check.
• Must adhere to the company' safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• High degree of professionalism
• High attention to detail
• Reliable/Superior Attendance
• Self-Motivated
• Able to Work Independently and Safely
