Full-Time Shop Assistant

Location: Farley, IA

Position Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $25-$28 per hour

Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Start Date: ASAP

Description: A local company is looking for a versatile and hardworking Shop Assistant to join their team. This role involves a variety of tasks including cleaning out the shop, moving equipment, hauling rock, operating equipment, and managing online inventory. A valid CDL A and a clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and organize truck parts the shop
• Identify items to list for sale on the website
• Assist with moving and hauling equipment
• Operate machinery and equipment as needed
• Upload inventory to an auction website and manage listings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Valid CDL A
• Clean driving record
• Ability to operate various types of equipment
• Basic technical skills for uploading inventory online
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
