Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a self-motivated and reliable individual to fill the position of Furniture Delivery and Warehouse Associate. This role involves furniture delivery and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

Furniture Delivery

• Safely and efficiently deliver furniture to customer locations in a timely manner.
• Ensure accurate verification of orders and inspect furniture for any damages or defects.
• Provide exceptional customer service by professionally handling inquiries and addressing any concerns.
• Uphold company policies and procedures related to delivery and customer interactions.

Warehouse Operations

• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and stocking furniture and related products.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to facilitate efficient operations.
• Operate warehouse equipment
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders accurately and prepare them for delivery.
• Implement efficient processes and optimize warehouse layout to improve productivity and streamline operations.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy furniture items.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full-time schedule, with potential flexibility for a 4-day work week or 30-35 hours per week.

Compensation:

• Starting hourly rate: $18-$22/hour
• Additional benefits and incentives may be offered based on company policies
