General Laborer

Job Overview

Decker Precision Machining is currently looking for a successful candidate to fill a General Labor position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and organized production area
• Help with any end of shift cleanup
• Deburr parts
• Check parts against print for accuracy
• Run CNC machine - lathe or mill
• Other Job duties as required

Skills:

• Familiar with measuring tools of the trade (indicator, micrometer, calipers, basic tool set)
• Ability to work as a team and individually as needed
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read blueprints a plus
• Must be self motivated

Hours:

• First Shift work 5:30AM-2:30PM Monday-Friday
• Overtime is available on an as needed basis (currently on overtime hours)

Pay:

• Starting hourly rate at $20.00 (depending on experience)
