Job Overview

• The Adams Company, a manufacturer of custom
power transmission parts, primarily gears and
shafts, is seeking full time machine operators.

Pay increases of about $4000 a year the first 5 years.
• The minimum starting wage is $21.00 per hour.
• A fully progressed rate of $29.55.
• Shift differential of $.50 per hour.
• Excellent benefits.
• Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Voluntary overtime available.
• Minimum mandatory overtime.
• Training is provided.
• Manufacturing experience a plus.
• Ability to handle diverse work assignments and
master the operation of several types of machines.
