GENERAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

LOCATION: DUBUQUE, IA

WAGE: $50,000 WITH FULL BENEFITS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Hiring and managing staff
Purchasing product and managing inventory
Scheduling employees and time tracking
Providing employee training
Establish a great experience for the customers and employees
Daily cash receipts and accounting documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:

Leadership experience
Food industry experience
A passion/interest in positive health choices
Exceptional customer service
Exceptional written and verbal communication
