- Floor Work Direction: Ensure organizational structure and staffing is in place to provide work direction, ensuring employees have the appropriate tools and training to perform their work successfully. Collaborate with leadership to prioritize tasks and meet production goals.
- Customer Relations: Prioritize customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Analytical Excellence: Utilize data driven approaches to analyze warehouse performance, identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Implement KPIs (key performance indicators) and metrics to measure and track progress. Monitor and/or drive development of reports to track performance against set benchmarks.
- Adequate Staffing: Assist with planning and communication of current and future staffing needs. Identifying potential staffing gaps and proactively working with cross-functional teams to address gaps.
- Engineering Concepts: Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement innovative solutions for warehouse optimization. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in warehouse technology and automation.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by upholding safety protocols and promoting a safety-first culture among all employees. Partner with safety team to stay up to date with industry regulations and compliance requirements.

- Additional Duties: Perform tasks as assigned to support dynamic changes in business conditions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proven experience in warehouse management with a record of accomplishment of improving operational efficiency.
- Highly proficient with data analysis and leveraging tools and techniques to drive desired business outcomes.
- Commitment to promoting a positive workplace and safety-first culture.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Intermediate proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Tools.
- Knowledge of lean and Six Sigma principles a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, analytics or related field or equivalent work experience.
