Job Overview
X-Press Printing, a digital printing business located within the Richland Center Shopping News office is seeking a Graphic Designer. This designer is a key member of our team and will assist our print customers over the phone and in-person with all of their graphic design needs for the X-Press printing business. These needs may be anything from a simple letterhead and envelope design to a newsletter, poster, logo or custom designed wedding invitation. We are looking for someone with a creative mind, a good work ethic, who is deadline driven and has experience using Adobe Creative Suite products (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).

Overall Responsibilities:
- Composing: Works with other employee owners to oversee the completion of job printing and graphic design within deadlines for both in-house and outside clients.
- Technology Maintenance: Troubleshoot, evaluate, select and recommend technology uses.
- Assists with job finishing and Xpress printing projects.

Skills: Ability to operate Macintosh and PC computers and all programs, keyboarding with speed and accuracy. Ability to perform all procedures
necessary for software usage and an understanding of hardware capabilities and limitations. Ability to identify problems and troubleshoot.
Knowledge: Two years college/technical education in related field or equivalent work experience with knowledge and training in computer programs/operations, keyboarding, proofreading, design and layout.
