BUSINESS ANALYST SUPPORT- Interns

Hours: 20 hours per week, flexible around school schedule

Wage: $20/hour

SUMMARY:

This role will support external and internal clients providing expertise and guidance. Use knowledge of software and business strategies to maximize production.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Communicate with clients on needs and partner with IT for solutions

* Plan, coordinate and conduct analysis to define problems and deficiencies and improve solutions

* Identify business needs for system enhancements

* Participate in research and design

* Document and record data

* Respond to incoming inquiries

* Work within multiple applications

* Analyze business and user needs

Position Requirements:

* Exceptional communication skills

* Strong understanding and experience with technical systems

* Strong organization and project management skills

* Ability to develop presentation materials

* Ability to formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research

* Healthcare knowledge a plus
