This position offers a flexible schedule, where the hours will primarily be mornings or afternoons. This would be a great opportunity for college students, or those looking to pick up a couple of extra hours a week. Being in Home Care provides a work-life balance schedule, where they can offer flexible hours that are able to stay consistent.

As a Home Care Caregiver, you are responsible for observing clients, reporting and recording these observations and documenting the services provided. The Home Care Caregiver will be assigned in a manner that promotes quality, continuity and safety of services.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Certified Nursing Aide or Certified Home Health Aide or competencies as defined in agency policies
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess and maintains current CPR certification
  • Possesses and maintains good physical stamina and mental health
  • Ability to read, follow written instructions and document services provided
  • Is self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision
  • Has empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail or impaired
  • Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling role obligation
