A Galena company is looking for a Tasting Room Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. No specific industry background needed—just strong leadership and people management skills!

Position Details:

• Full-time, salaried role with tips & bonuses
• $45K–$50K base + tips & bonuses
• Typical schedule: Tuesday–Saturday (40+ hrs/week, peak season flexibility)
• Work split: 75% floor time, 25% desk time
• Hours: 10 AM–6 PM during weekdays, occasional closing shifts until 8:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling, inventory, staff oversight, and customer experience
• Lead a high-performing team while ensuring smooth daily operations
• Provide best-in-class service in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
• Coordinate sales, events, and VIP experiences
• Oversee ordering and merchandising for the venue
• Drive sales and promotions to enhance revenue and engagement

Qualifications:

• Retail, hospitality, or management experience preferred
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable with hands-on customer interactions
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
