Job Overview

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously
• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, linens, and décor
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout events
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
• Work closely with event staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
• Clear tables and assist with post-event breakdown and cleanup

• Previous food service or banquet experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
