Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a local Dubuque company to actively recruit an HR Benefits Coordinator to join their team.

Functions:

• Administer various employee benefits programs, such as group health, dental and vision, accident and disability
• Conduct benefits orientations as needed and explain benefits enrollment process
• Ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately in various systems and work with vendors to resolve issues
• Calculate the weekly premiums for employees and maintain statistical data relative to coverage and premiums
• Administer COBRA
• Process new hire paperwork in a timely fashion and monitor missing documentation closely for quick resolution.
• Other duties as requested

Wage: Up to $22/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st shift

Position Type: Evaluation Hire
