Direct Hire
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving workplace issues. Mediate conflicts between employees and provide guidance on conflict resolution. Conduct investigations into employee grievances and complaints.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and extending job offers. Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are effectively integrated into the company.
- Performance Management: Provide support and guidance to managers during performance review processes (30,60, 90 day reviews), Track and analyze employee performance data to recommend training and development programs
- HR Policy Development and Compliance : Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, FLSA, EEO). Conduct audits to ensure HR practices align with company policies and legal standards.
- Employee Engagement and Culture: Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
- HR Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources and 5+ years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing / production setting strongly preferred.
- Working experience with a HRIS and or talent management system (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite,
- Proven ability to interact with team members and department heads with candor, tact, patience, and diplomacy.
- Organized, detail-oriented and proficient at follow-up.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
