MercyOne is hiring a HR Specialist/Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) to join their team. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position. Work hours: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. This position is located at the front desk and provides administrative and on-boarding support to newly hired colleagues. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and strong computer skills (outlook, Word, Excel). Must be organized, detail-orientated and accurate. Solid administrative experience required, preferably in the HR field.
