McGraw Hill, the leading provider of digital and print educational solutions, is looking for a HR Technology Analyst that will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and delivery of HR technology solutions with a focus on Workday. This role will focus on the employee experiences, while delivering agile solutions and operational effectiveness that aligns with our workforce and business needs.
This position is fully remote and may reside anywhere in the United States.
What can you expect from the position?
- Lead Workday projects through discovery, design, testing, and delivery.
- Monitor key user metrics such as engagement and adoption to measure success and proactively identify areas of opportunity.
- Responsible for building out and managing HR technology solutions and new capabilities across the company.
- Expertly designs and drives enabling technologies with a focus on continuous improvement and self-service.
- Proactively builds solutions based on customer needs and act as a cross-functional collaborative partner with HR and business stakeholders.
- Functions as a strong customer service minded partner with Human Resources Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs) and workforce on systems delivery.
- Collects business impact and effort as part of intake process to support prioritization of projects and ensure on time delivery.
- Advises key stakeholders of emerging HR technology trends to inform future capabilities.
- Helps define roadmap for enabling technology effectiveness for processes, including improvements and automation.
- Adherence to data governance, usage for compliance.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday HCM.
- Previous experience in Advanced Compensation and Security a plus.
- Experience working in a global capacity.
- The ability to provide solutions that deliver business value.
- The ability to focus on prioritization, delivery and results.
- Strong customer service and collaboration aptitude.
- Proven experience designing, developing and delivering HR technology.
- Expertise within Workday.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- The ability to move quickly in a complex environment and drive outcomes and results.

The pay range for this position is between $92,000 - $112,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
