Job Overview
Direct Hire
- Administer various HR functions including full-cycle of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Coordinate the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
- Prepares and inputs payroll data into payroll system and ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hours laws.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Support employee training and development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) speaking and written (preferred)
- Working experience with a HRIS and or talent management system (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel
- Proven ability to interact with team members and department heads with candor, tact, patience, and diplomacy.
- Organized, detail-oriented and proficient at follow-up.
