- Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Process weekly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with wage and hour regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with managers to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal labor laws.
- Assist with workers’ compensation claims, safety initiatives, and HR-related reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of HR experience, including payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in payroll and HR software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
