Job Overview
Delaware County (Manchester, IA area)
Up to $70,000 annually
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Direct Hire
- Partner with leadership and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance
- Assist with safety initiatives, hazard identification, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and workforce training
- Support recruiting efforts including screening and interviewing candidates
- Manage HRIS data entry, personnel files, and benefits administration
- Respond to employee concerns and assist with investigations as needed
- Represent the organization in unemployment claims
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality
- Provide front office support including greeting visitors when needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 1–2 years of HR experience required
- Working knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with solid data entry and computer proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
