HR Generalist

In partnership with our client, Sedona is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support all aspects of Human Resources and help build systems and processes that allow  employees to thrive. This role will be a trusted partner across departments while handling key HR functions such as onboarding, compliance, benefits, employee relations, and policy updates. This is a direct hire opportunity, where the best fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company's payroll and be eligible for their benefits package.

What You’ll Do (in a snap-shot)

• Lead onboarding and employee programs
• Ensure HR policies and compliance with laws
• Support benefits, compensation, and performance management
• Partner with leadership on HR strategies
• Handle day-to-day HR administration

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 5+ years HR experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions and maintain confidentiality
