A locally owned and operated manufacturer is seeking to add a Human Resources Generalist to their growing team. In this role you will lead the hiring company’s recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations and performance management. What you get to do (in a snap shot):

Administer various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Coordinate the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new employees.
Manage employee relations issues effectively and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Support employee training and development initiatives.

What we’d like you to bring to the opportunity:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or 2+ years of Human Resources experience strongly preferred.
Working experience with a HRIS and or talent management system
Proven Ability to interact with team members and department heads with candor, tact, patience, and diplomacy.
Organized, detail-oriented and proficient at follow-up.
