Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am – 5:00 pm
Job Status: Full Time, 40 hours per week, or more as needed
Pay: Great compensation offered. Range depending on experience and capabilities

Role and responsibilities
Working team member to support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, compliance and supporting HR strategy that aligns with company goals
Qualifications and Requirements
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Conduct new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
- Foster a positive work environment through conflict resolution and mediation
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans
- Communicate benefits information and updates to employees
- Participate in HR initiatives and special projects to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software is a plus
